How to place an Order?
- Simply select your medicines from the main Menu on homepage https://adelindia.com and `Add to Cart` and proceed with `Checkout`.
- For existing customers – Just enter your First Name and registered Email, to recall saved shipping address.
- For New customers – Enter the Shipping address therein and proceed.
- Select your Payment option and proceed with instructions on payment gateway. On completion of payment process, order confirmation will follow by email and sms and tracking details will be sent on despatch of order.
How to `Re-order` an earlier placed Order ?
- It is very simple. Just `Login` from homepage using your email id and first name, click on `My Account` tab, which is located on the top of the page.
- Here you will find complete list of last transactions. Press `Re-order` against Order required to be placed again.
- All the medicines will automatically be selected and displayed in Shopping Cart. Click `Checkout` and proceed with payment process.
What are delivery charges ?
There is no delivery charges for order above Rs 150. If order amount lower than Rs 150 shipping charges of Rs 60 will be charged.
I am having problems ordering through your website. What can I do?
- It does happen once in a while that security settings on your browser changes on its own. Please ensure that the browser you are using is up-to-date. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please try using a different browser or a different computer.

My Credit card details are not being accepted. What’s wrong ?
Please check with your bank or financial institution to rule out errors on their behalf. If problems persist, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer-care [email protected] to assist you with the same.
How can i Cancel an order?
Cancellations are allowed only till the product is not shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer-Care team immediately at [email protected] to assist you with the same.
How long does it take to receive a refund of Cancelled/ Non-Available medicine?
- We will process your refund within 3-7 business days of our confirmation, as this involves inter-banking refund procedures which does take little time.
- All refunds will be issued through the same transaction method used in the original purchase. For example, if you used a credit card as your payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to your credit card.
- Refunds for cash payments will be issued either through an account payee cheque in the customer’s name (as given in “billing name” at time of purchase).
What if the product is received in damage condition upon delivery?
Do not worry, if upon delivery of the product, you discover that the product is received in broken/damaged condition or you received a wrong medicine, immediately notify our Customer Care team at [email protected] along with the photograph of product you revived. We will refund, or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
How can I Track my order?
Your order tracking details is updated to you by email and sms immediately on dispatch of order with tracking website link of courier through which the parcel is sent.

How much time it takes for Delivery?
- We deliver even a single bottle anywhere in India and without any courier charges, if your order is more then Rs 200 or more !
We currently deliver in India to approximately 5,000 locations through premium BLUEDART courier service. In case a location is not covered by Courier service, we send the goods through Indian Speed Post.
- We normally despatch order within 2 working days from Date of order and it can take upto 1-7 Days from the time of pickup to Deliver a consignment, through Courier as per their normal delivery period depending on the delivery location.
- You will receive automated Sms / Email on next day of despatch of parcel with courier docket particulars and Tracking options.
How do I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Changing Shipping Address is possible only till the product is not shipped from our warehouse. Please contact our Customer-care [email protected] to assist you with the same. Pl. do not modify shipping address in payment gateway page, as the change information is not intimated to us by payment gateway.
